Our Shipping Procedures are as follows:
- Customers are requested to cancel the order within 24 hours.
- The cancellation policy also depends upon the dispatching process for which our customers are requested to check the status of the product and proceed with the cancellation within 24 hours of booking the order.
The dispatch process occurs 24 hours after the order placement. Since the products are medicines, they can’t be re-used/ re-stocked and hence any order once dispatched cannot be canceled.
For canceling you will have to cancel the booked order within 24 hours from the time of online ordering. We request the customers to provide the correct shipping address as we will not be responsible for incorrect shipping due to error in the address.
